Social Referral came up with a nifty recruitment tool that searches for matches in the social networks of employees. It's employee hiring 2.0! We designed the logo, identity and tool for them. For the logo we settled on a water cooler because that is (next to the coffee machine) the place where all the socializing takes place and deals are being made.
